Can you keep our internal terminology (e.g. component names) consistent with our existing documents?
Yes — send us any existing glossary or prior translated documents and we build the translation-memory base from those first, so new documents match your existing terminology.
Do you handle diagrams and labelled drawings, not just text?
We translate labelled text within editable diagrams and figures when the source file allows it; flattened images of diagrams are translated as a separate reference list alongside the document.
What if our document set is very large — hundreds of pages?
Order in 500-word blocks as normal, or contact us for a scoped quote on very large sets — we'll tell you honestly whether a fixed per-block price or a project quote suits it better.
Can this be certified for a regulator?
Yes — add certified status at checkout if the receiving regulator requires it; most technical documentation doesn't, but we'll flag it if your case looks like it does.
