PROCESS
How it works
Four steps, the same for every order — from a single certified page to a business localisation project. Here's what happens after you click “Add to cart.”
PROCESS
Order
Choose your service and language pair, add it to your cart, and tell us the details we need — subject, deadline, and how to reach you. Business customers add their organisation number at this step for correct invoicing.
Translation
A translator who works in that subject area and language pair translates your document or text, using translation-memory tools to keep terminology consistent if you send us more than one document.
Independent review
A second linguist checks the translation against the source before it goes anywhere near delivery — the standard method behind every order, not an optional extra.
Delivery
You receive your translation by the method you chose — a digital PDF by default, or a stamped hard copy by post for documents that need to be submitted on paper.
FORMATS
File formats we accept
PDF, Word, Excel and PowerPoint cover most orders; scanned images (JPG/PNG) work for certified and notarised documents; localisation and subtitling projects use structured exports (JSON, XLIFF, SRT/VTT) — see the relevant service page for the exact list.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Confidentiality & NDA
Every order is handled under a standing confidentiality practice, whether or not you ask for a formal agreement: files are seen only by the translator assigned to your order and the independent reviewer, and are not kept longer than necessary to deliver and support your order (see Privacy for retention detail). A signed NDA is available on request, at no extra charge, for legal, medical or financial matters that require one before we open your files — just ask when you place your order.
